Abel Collin’s Homes are located in Beeston, Nottingham and will have a rare vacancy for a couple to occupy a beautiful and newly refurbished 2 bedroomed house in the summer of 2023
The house is unfurnished and comprises of an entrance hall, brand new kitchen with induction hob and cooker, lounge, downstairs toilet, two bedrooms and a brand new wet-room on the first floor.
The complex is managed by the Administrator and full-time Independent Living Coordinator. Other features of the property include:
an emergency pull cord, fire detection equipment and plenty of on-site parking for both residents and visitors.
We also have a brand new refurbished community hall, complete with hairdressing suite and kitchen.
The Warden holds weekly events for our residents, such as weekly bingo games, games nights and fish and chip lunches.
Our properties are set back, amongst beautiful landscaped gardens, on Derby Road (opposite the Nurseryman restaurant and bar).
Applicants must be over 60 years of age, capable of living independently and in receipt of Housing Benefit or Universal Credit. You must also currently reside within the City of Nottingham, or the Boroughs of Broxtowe, Gedling, or Rushcliffe.
